All KooBits platforms (such as login page, sign up and payment pages) is closed from 10pm (21 Aug) to 4am (22 Aug) GMT+8 for internal system maintenance and enhancements. During this period, we will be enhancing our internal systems for our customers. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and we will restore all related platforms as soon as we are done with the enhancements.
How does this affect users?
- Students, teachers or parents will not be able to access the KooBits platform (member.koobits.com) during this period.
- New or existing customers will not be able to sign up for trial or pay for subscription.
- Parents will not be able to login to KooBits Parent App.
What happens to my CPs/KoKo credits as I am not able to login?
Regarding the challenges, students can try again after the KooBits platform (member.koobits.com) is restored.
