Eligibility
- The Brain Master campaign is open exclusively to invited / selected participants from Singapore. If you haven’t received an invitation, stay tuned for future campaigns!
Trophy Eligibility
- When your child completes 500 correct questions during the campaign period, they will be eligible for a merit trophy.
- When your child completes 1,000 correct questions during the campaign period, they will be eligible for a distinction trophy.
- Your child can only win one trophy, awarded based on the highest milestone achieved.
- All correct questions across subjects will be counted, except for those from the KooClass feature.
- To be eligible for a trophy, the delivery address provided must be within Singapore.
Progress Tracking
- Track your child’s progress in real-time on the Event > Brain Master page.
Trophy Claiming
- Winners must provide consent to claim and receive their trophy. Trophies are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or other alternatives.
- Trophies will be delivered to the address provided via a Google Form. The trophy will be sent to the qualified users after the campaign ends. Failure to complete the Google Form will result in forfeiture of the prize, with no entitlement to payment or compensation.
- In the event that your child is eligible for the trophy but the subscription ends, we will still deliver the trophy by the end of the campaign period.
Subscription Expired
- If your subscription ends during the campaign period but your child qualifies for a trophy, it will still be delivered after the campaign ends.
Subscription Renewal
- If you renew your subscription during the campaign period, your progress will not be lost and will continue after your renewal.
Final Decisions
- KooBits’ decisions regarding all matters related to participant eligibility, prize awarding, and the conduct of the campaign are final and binding.
Liability Disclaimer
- KooBits is not responsible for any injuries, loss, claims, or damages incurred as a result of prize redemption or usage.
Rights to Amend
- KooBits reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions or to withdraw/terminate the Brain Master campaign at any time without prior notice.
