Note: All child accounts (with Premium plans only) will be upgraded to next level automatically by the system at the start of the school academic period and there will be a notification in student portal sent 30 days before the upgrade.
If your child account only includes a Premium subscription (of any subject), you can adjust your child’s level anytime via your parent account. Here’s how:
Via Parent Portal
- Log in to your parent account at member.koobits.com. Your parent ID is the same as your registered email address.
- Go to Settings > Child Account Details > then update the default level.
After level is updated, the changes will be reflected in the child account on the next day.
If your child's account includes a School subscription, please note that we will not be able to change the level as this account is tied to the school and requires school's confirmation to allow KooBits Support Team to change. Please contact your child's school teacher on this request.
