Can I change the language interface in KooBits platform?

Yes, you can if you are a Premium plan user from Indonesia, Hong Kong, or Taiwan. The default language (for each country) will be as follows:

• Hong Kong users will have Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong)
• Taiwan users will have Traditional Chinese (Taiwan)
• Indonesia users will have Indonesian.

There is an option to change to the English language, if preferred.

Steps to change language interface:

1. Login to your child's account at member.koobits.com.
2. On the right-hand corner, click the drop-down button next to the profile photo then click "Settings"
3. Under "Language", click the "Change" button then select your preferred language.
4. Click the "Confirm" button.
