Challenge Points (CPs) are the primary way to track your progress and compete with others on KooBits. The more challenges you complete, the more challenge points you earn.
How to Earn Challenge Points
CPs are earned by completing the following Challenge activities: Daily Challenge, Peer Challenge, and Sunday Mini Challenge. These points determine your ranking in different leaderboards.
Here is a quick guide to understanding how Challenge Points (CPs) are awarded for each type of challenge:
Daily Challenge
Points earned from the Daily Challenge are added to your account automatically as soon as you submit your answer to each question.
Peer Challenge
For Peer Challenge (multiplayer), you will get your CPs automatically if you challenge a random challenger and submit your answers.
If you challenge your classmate/friend, you will earn your CPs once your classmate/friend accepts and you both have submitted the answers. You will also get your CPs if your classmate/friend rejects the challenge.
Your classmate/friend will have up to 3 days to respond to the challenge. If not, the challenge will expire , and you will get your CPs.
Sunday Mini Challenge (for Math only)
After completing the Sunday Mini Challenge, you need to claim your CPs manually. These CPs can be claimed from the following Monday to Friday before 10pm. If they are not claimed within this period, they will expire and cannot be retrieved.
How to Check Your CPs
You can view your total points at any time from the child’s account dashboard. Look for the status bar on the right side of the screen to see your current CPs reflected in real-time.
What can I do if I did not get my CPs?
- If it is regarding CPs from the Sunday Mini Challenge, please check your account first to ensure that you have claimed any available CPs.
- You can email us at support@koobits.com if you need further help. We will review your inquiry on a case-by-case basis.
- Please note that we will not accept claims for CPs that are more than 2 days after the challenge completion date.
