🎟️ Attendance
- How many guests can I bring?
Due to limited seating capacities in the auditorium, we will only allow 2 guests per child. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the event comfortable for everyone!
- I have two children winning awards in different categories. What should I do?
Please fill out a separate RSVP form for each child so we can track each of the child's stage times. You are welcome to stay at the venue between their respective time slots.
- What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at the designated arrival time listed in your invitation email/whatsapp message. As we are running a staggered schedule to ensure every child gets their moment on stage, we seek your understanding to be on time!
- What happens if we arrive late or at a different time?
If you arrive during your designated stage time whereby the award ceremony is still ongoing, we may allow you and your child to enter the auditorium. If it is outside the designated stage time, your child will unfortunately miss their stage time. Your child can still collect the award at the registration desk and take pictures at our Photo Booth.
- What if we are unable to attend on this date?
We will miss you! If you cannot attend, please select the "Cannot Attend" option on the RSVP form. As there will not be any subsequent award ceremony, you can reach out to us via email at support@koobits.com if you wish to collect your child’s award at our head office during office hours. We will arrange a separate collection date and time for your child's award.
- What is the dress code?
We would like to request all award winners and their guests to come in a smart casual attire.
- Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is on-site parking available at usual parking rates. However, parking slots are limited and we recommend taking public transport if possible.
- Are food and drinks allowed in the auditorium?
To help us keep the venue clean, strictly no food or flavoured drinks are allowed inside the auditorium. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own plain water!
📸 Photography
- Can I take photos near the stage during the ceremony?
Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to walk down the aisle to the front of the stage to snap pictures when your child is receiving their award. However, please stay on the floor level and do not step onto the stage itself. Since other parents will also want to capture their child's big moment, we kindly ask that you take your photos quickly and avoid blocking the aisles so everyone gets a fair chance!
- Can we take our own family photos?
Yes! We have set up a Photo Booth in the foyer. After your child's stage session concludes, you are welcome to head out to the foyer and take as many photos as you like with your child.
