General
The Top Brain 500 Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by KooBits, not the school. The Campaign runs each school term (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3, Term 4) and rewards students based on their Challenge Points (CPs) earned during the term's scoring period. Eligible participants receive a digital e-certificate with the student's name printed on it. KooBits may update, amend, or cancel the Campaign or its terms at any time. KooBits reserves the right to make final decisions on the Campaign and all associated rewards.
For Premium Users
Eligibility
To qualify for an e-certificate:
- The student must have an active paid KooBits Premium Subscription during the Campaign term.
- The student must earn at least 500 Challenge Points (CPs) within the term's scoring period.
- The subscription must remain active at the time of verification and delivery.
E-Certificate Delivery Process
Eligible parents will be notified by KooBits via email once the Campaign results are finalised. The e-certificate will be sent to the parent/guardian's registered KooBits email address within 10 working days. Only one e-certificate per subject per term will be issued. Submissions that are incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, or unverifiable may be rejected.
Term 2 2026 Top Brain Special Offer
All eligible 2026 Term 2 Top Brain winners (Premium) may choose to receive Printed Certificate(s) in addition to the digital e-certificate by paying a total fee of $20. Please contact our Customer Support team at support@koobits.com to arrange for payment and delivery. This offer is valid for Term 2 2026 only. Delivery of the Printed Certificate(s) will be completed by 7 Jun 2026.

KooBits may request additional information to confirm eligibility.
The Campaign is only applicable to users in Singapore. If any suspicious, manipulated, or fraudulent activity is detected, the claim may be voided.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Challenge Points and eligibility are determined based on KooBits' system records, which are final.
By participating in this Campaign, parents and guardians agree that KooBits may contact them via WhatsApp or email for Campaign-related updates, service information, or future promotional offers. Participants may opt out of marketing messages at any time through the provided channels.
