General
The Top Brain 300 Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by KooBits, not the school. The Campaign runs each school term (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3, Term 4) and rewards students based on their Challenge Points (CPs) earned during the term's scoring period. Eligible participants receive a digital e-certificate with the student's name printed on it. KooBits may update, amend, or cancel the Campaign or its terms at any time. KooBits reserves the right to make final decisions on the Campaign and all associated rewards.
For School Users
Eligibility
To qualify for an e-certificate:
- The student must be using KooBits through an active School Account (school-issued login).
The student must earn at least 300 Challenge Points (CPs) within the term's scoring period.
The student's School Account must still be active at the time of verification.
Notification
All eligible Top Brain winners will receive a notification in the student portal between 29 June to 21 Aug. If they do not see it, they can click the notification icon at the top right corner of the portal.
E-Certificate Collection Process
Winners can register for e-certificate collection by scanning the QR code, clicking the button link (which directs to WhatsApp), or copying the provided text and sending it to KooBits via WhatsApp at +65 9798 8638. The e-certificate will be sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours of registration. Only one e-certificate per student per term will be issued. Submissions that are incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, or unverifiable may be rejected. The campaign closes on 21 Aug at 23:59. KooBits is not responsible for messages that fail to reach us due to network issues, blocked numbers, incorrect number entry, or device settings.
Term 3 Bonus Rewards (upon registering for the e-certificate)
Upon registering for e-certificate collection, eligible school users may also enjoy two additional rewards for Term 3:
KoKo Store
Eligible students access the KoKo Store through the on-page notification shown when they log in to their student portal. The KoKo Store is available until 28 Aug. Selections cannot be made after this time.
The e-certificate is included at no KoKo Credit (KKC) cost. Students may select one digital wallpaper design at the KKC price stated in the notification. Only one wallpaper may be selected per student per term.
On checkout, a QR code is generated for a parent or legal guardian to scan and complete confirmation. A selection is not confirmed until this step is completed.
Digital rewards are delivered to the student dashboard between 1 to 30 September. Delivery may occur at any point within that window.
Term 3 2026 Top Brain Special Offer- Physical Rewards (Premium upgrade required)
Physical rewards unlock only when the account upgrades to a KooBits Premium plan through the campaign link provided in this campaign, within the promotion period. Upgrades made through any other channel, including direct purchase, school renewal, or Customer Support, do not qualify.
Once unlocked, eligible students may redeem:
- Printed and framed Top Brain Certificate — 1 KKC
- LEGO® toy — 10 KKC per item
Accounts holding an active Premium plan are not eligible for these rewards under this campaign. A separate campaign applies to existing Premium subscribers. Email support@koobits.com for details.
Physical rewards are subject to availability, while stocks last. KooBits reserves the right to substitute any item with one of similar or greater value without prior notice.
Physical rewards carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, resold, or transferred.
If the Premium upgrade is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or reversed before dispatch, the redemption is void and the order will be cancelled.
KoKo Credit Deduction
KoKo Credits for all confirmed redemptions will be deducted on 1 September 2026. Students must hold a sufficient KKC balance at the point of deduction. If the balance is insufficient on 1 September 2026, the redemption will be cancelled and the item will not be issued. Once an item has been issued or dispatched, deducted KKC cannot be refunded or reinstated.
Delivery
Delivery details must be emailed to support@koobits.com by 4 September 2026.
Physical rewards will be delivered to a Singapore address only, by 13 September 2026. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier or stock delays.
KooBits is not liable for failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the recipient. Redelivery may incur a fee.
Personal data collected for delivery is used solely to fulfil this campaign and is handled in accordance with the KooBits Privacy Policy.
Printed & Framed Certificate (paid option)
Eligible 2026 Term 3 Top Brain 300 winners who do not upgrade may order a printed and framed Top Brain Certificate at a total fee of S$40 (inclusive of GST and local delivery). Email support@koobits.com by 29 August 2026 to arrange payment. Delivery details must be provided by 4 September 2026. This option applies to Term 3 2026 only and is non-refundable once printing has begun. Framed certificates will be delivered by 13 September 2026.

KooBits may request additional information to confirm eligibility.
The Campaign is only applicable to users in Singapore. If any suspicious, manipulated, or fraudulent activity is detected, the claim may be voided.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Challenge Points and eligibility are determined based on KooBits' system records, which are final.
By participating in this Campaign, parents and guardians agree that KooBits may contact them via WhatsApp or email for Campaign-related updates, service information, or future promotional offers. Participants may opt out of marketing messages at any time through the provided channels.
