General Policy
All purchases are final. We do not allow refunds, transfers, or extensions on any purchases, including new plans, renewals, and upgrades.
What is not eligible for a refund?
- You pay for a new/expired plan directly.
- You pay directly to renew your current plan.
- You pay to upgrade to a higher-priced plan (e.g. upgrading from a 2-subject Bundle to a 3-subject Bundle plan).
You also cannot switch subjects or downgrade your plan once a purchase has been made or during your subscription period.
This policy will be stated as a link during checkout and must be accepted before purchase.
If you want to try first before deciding to purchase, you can refer to our website and register for a free 7-day trial. You can cancel within the trial period if you do not want to continue. Please note that payment will be automatically charged 7 days later, based on your trial registration time (not at the end of the day 2359hr).
Automatic Billing/Charge
If you were auto-charged with payment due to auto-renewal or trial, you can email your request for refund to support@koobits.com, and we will review on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we will only consider requests submitted within 10 days of the payment date.
To avoid delays, please do not file a dispute with your bank. Doing so will extend the review process to 1-2 months.
Refund process
If refund is approved, a 15% cancellation fee may apply to cover payment gateway and administrative costs. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Please ensure that your card remains valid to receive the refund.
Bank Fees
We are not responsible for any additional charges or fees your bank may apply for your purchase or refund. Please contact your bank directly regarding this.
