Here's are some steps that you can take if you encountered errors when using certain features in Parent App.
Unable to download card packages under KooCards in Parent App:
- You can logout from the app and then login again. This will refresh the session and you should be able to download the card packages.
Unable to access KooBits Go (even though have subscribed to KooBits English):
- If you have multiple child subscriptions, you will need to click on "Activities" to select the child account with KooBits English in order to access to KooBits Go.
