If you are having trouble logging in, follow these steps to locate your child's Login ID.
For Premium Plan users:
There are 3 ways to retrieve your child's login ID:
Option 1: Via the Parent Dashboard
- Log in to your parent account at member.koobits.com.
- Look under the "Child Account Details" section on your home dashboard to view the Login ID.
Option 2: Via the KooBits Parent App
- Login to your parent account on the Parent App and tap the Profile/Menu button in the top-right corner.
- Select "Edit/Link Child". Your child’s Login ID will be displayed next to their name.
Option 3: Check Your Welcome Email
Search your inbox for the KooBits Welcome Email sent when you first registered. It contains the initial account details for the child account and parent account.
For School Plan Users
Student Login IDs for school-issued accounts are managed by the school.
- If your child forgot his/her KooBits login ID, please reach out to the school teacher or the school's ICT coordinator.
- Schools follow a specific login ID format. Check any previous school handouts (if any) for details.
Troubleshooting: "Invalid Login ID"
If you have the Login ID but still cannot access your account, please check the following:
- Spelling & Spacing: Ensure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the login ID.
- Case sensitivity: Login IDs are NOT case-sensitive. You can use lowercase or uppercase letters.
- Check the page link: Ensure you are logging in at member.koobits.com.
