Secure child account via Parent Settings

To address parents' concerns regarding the security of their child's hard-earned Challenge Points (CPs) and prevent potential misuse, we have added a new security feature that parents can easily activate.

Enabling this feature provides an extra layer of protection for your child's Daily Challenge, Peer Challenge (Multiplayer), and Sunday Mini Challenge.
 

How to activate the security feature

You can activate this feature directly through your child’s account settings:

1. Log in to your child's account at member.koobits.com.
2. Click the top-right drop-down next to the profile icon and select Settings.
3. On the Settings page, enable the option under Security to activate this feature.
   1. For School users without a Parent Account: Parents will be prompted to create a parent account by entering their name, email address, and phone number. This will be verified using a one-time password (OTP) sent to their registered phone number. 
   2. For Premium users with an existing Parent Account: A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered phone number. 

What to expect once this feature is enabled

Once this security feature is active, it protects your child’s Daily Challenge, Peer Challenge, and Sunday Mini Challenge submissions by enforcing stricter controls:

• Daily Challenge: The "Skip Question" button will be disabled.
• Peer Challenge and Sunday Mini Challenge: User can only submit Challenge with minimal empty/wrong answers.
