Parent Login Guide: Premium & Trial Users
Whether you have a paid Premium subscription or are currently on a free 7-day trial, your login process is identical. Follow this guide to access your parent dashboard or the KooBits Parent App.
First-Time Login
After you subscribe or activate your trial, you will receive a welcome email. This email contains your Parent Account Login ID and a Default Password. Follow the steps below to log in for the first time:
- Go to member.koobits.com or open the KooBits Parent App.
- Enter the Parent ID and Default Password from your email.
- For security, you will be prompted to validate your mobile number via a One-Time Password (OTP).
- Once logged in, we recommend updating your default password to a personalized one in Settings > Parent Account Details > click Edit under Current Password.
Subsequent Logins
For all future access, simply use your registered Parent Account Login ID (same as your registered email address) and the new password you created.
Important Note for School Plan Users
If your child uses KooBits through their school without a Premium subscription:
- No Parent Account: Parent accounts and the Parent App access are features exclusive to Premium users.
- Welcome email: You will only receive a parent login if you have personally registered for a trial or a paid plan.
- School Login: To view your child's school account, you must log in at member.koobits.com using the Student Login ID and Password provided by their school.
