Note: Child accounts (that only have Premium subscription) will be upgraded to the next level automatically by the system at the start of the school academic period, and there will be a notification in the student portal sent 30 days before the upgrade.
If your child's account only includes a Premium subscription (of any subject), you can adjust your child’s level anytime via your parent account. Here’s how:
Via Parent Portal
- Log in to your parent account at member.koobits.com. Your parent ID is the same as your registered email address.
- Go to Settings > Child Account Details > then update the default level.
Via Parent App
- Log in to your parent account on the KooBits Parent App. Your parent ID is the same as your registered email address.
- Go to the menu (click the "3 lines" button at the upper-right corner).
- Tap Edit/Link Child, look for the child's account, and then click the pen icon to update the default level.
After the level is updated, the changes will be reflected in the child account on the next day.
If your child's account includes a School subscription, please note that we will not be able to change the level as this account is tied to the school and requires the school's confirmation to allow the KooBits Support Team to change. Please contact your child's school teacher about this request.
