Change parent account password

Parents can change their parent account password in 2 ways:

Change parent account password via member.koobits.com

  1. Login to your parent account at member.koobits.com. Your parent ID is the same as your registered email address.
  2. Click "Setting > select "Parent Account Details" > Edit on "Current password" to change the preferred password.

Change parent account password via the KooBits Parent App

If you have KooBits Math Premium or KooBits Science subscription, you can also change your parent account password via the Parent App.

You can access the "Change Password" function by clicking on the three lines button on top right corner of the home page. Follow the steps to change the password.
